Beers for Books at Dolce Vita, Austin, TX

Room to Read Austin is hosting our second annual Beers for Books event at Dolce Vita on the 27th. Just like last year, Dolce will be donating 10 percent of ALL food and drink purchases, not just beer, to our chapter to benefit Room to Read's Local Language Publishing program. Come hungry and thirsty!

We will have exciting raffle items (tickets are $5) as well as a pub quiz! The trivia questions will be Room to Read and book-related so you may want to browse around www.roomtoread.org, pick up a recent bestseller, and watch a book-to-film adaptation or two between now and then…

There’s no cost to enter the quiz but there will be a prize for the winning team, so come prepared. Teams should have 3-5 members and while your team name doesn't have to be book-related it might help get you in the spirit.

We will start the quiz at 7:30 and teams can begin signing up and collecting answer sheets at 7.
