Beers for Books @ James Squire Brewhouse in Melbourne

Come along for the May edition of Beers for Books Melbourne, on Thursday 26th, at the Portland Hotel.

Starting from 6:30pm, join organizer Matt Grant and others for a casual little drinking session and social meetup, all for a good cause.

Being at the Portland Hotel, drinkers have the opportunity to learn more about the process behind the making of the deliciously tasty James Squire range of beers and perhaps try a tasting paddle of 6 of their finest ales from their in-house brewery. A tasting paddle consists of 6 different beers in 100ml glasses, along with information about each one. Each paddle costs $12 with $1 of that being donated back to us. As per all Beers for Books events, for every drink (and in this instance, tasting paddle aswell) we drink on the night, $1 will be donated back to buy a book for a child through Room to Read. This applies to other drinks beyond beer such as wine and champagne also.
