Event Description
The San Diego Chapter of Room to Read is organizing the first B4B of 2010 in San Diego on January 25th!
For every pint of beer purchased this evening $1 is donated to Room to Read. Each $1 will buy one book for a school or library in developing countries like Nepal and Laos.
Room to Read is an amazing NPO whose mission is to provide quality educational opportunities to children in developing countries with the goal of empowering kids via literacy. Room to Read has projects in 9 countries in Asia and Africa including Nepal, Cambodia, Zambia, etc. For more details see www.roomtoread.org or in Japanese www.roomtoread.jp.
