The Boston Chapter of Room to Read is organizing its first ever Beers for Books fundraiser at Tommy Doyle's on Harvard Square, a perfectly appropriate location for celebrating expanding literacy while enjoying tasty food and drink with friendly people.
Prior to this event, Founder & Chairman of Room to Read John Wood will be making a presentation on the Harvard Campus and more information can be found on the link below.
BILLY COSTA, KISS108's Matty & the Morning Show and Host of NECN's TV Diner, and JENNY JOHNSON, Billy's co-host on TV Diner, will be our Guest Hosts for Beers for Books!
We will also be raffling off great items during B...4B:

For those of you new to Beers for Books, the concept is simple: For every beer you have, $1 will be donated to Room to Read and that buys a treasured book for children via Room to Read.
Room to Read is an amazing NPO whose mission is to provide quality educational opportunities to children in developing countries with the goal of empowering kids via literacy.
