RT Grupo Baila For Books Salsa dancing w/Sol Beer

B4B is all about having fun while doing good and "Baila for Books" is our newest concept for supporting childhood literacy in developing countries just by going out and having a good time.

Please join us for our first ever Baila for Books event organized by one of Tokyo's best salsa organizers, RT Grupo, at the Nakameguro GT Hall. "Baila" means "dance" in Spanish and this will be a salsa dance themed event, so bring your dancing shoes along with your salsa-loving friends. 

For those of you new to B4B, the concept is simple: For every drink you have, 100 yen will be donated to Room to Read and that buys a treasured book for children via Room to Read. For this one, we'll be supported by Sol beer and they'll be donating 200 yen for every Sol beer (only 500 yen each!) and 100 yen for wine and soft drinks.

Room to Read is an amazing NPO whose mission is to provide quality educational opportunities to children in developing countries with the goal of empowering kids via literacy. Room to Read has projects in 9 countries in Asia and Africa including Nepal, Cambodia, Zambia, etc. For more details see www.roomtoread.org or in Japanese www.roomtoread.jp.

In addition to a prize raffle, we'll have two very special parts to the evening's event:

1) From 6:15 - 7PM, Salsa master Tomoki will lead a mini salsa lesson for anyone who wants to learn how to dance salsa.

2) Salsa Shine, a five person group of competitive salsa dancers, will put on a special dance performance.

Entrance: 1000 Yen w/1 raffle ticket. 200 yen from each ticket will go to Room to Read. The rest covers venue costs.
